STARS software site licenses are issued on the basis of Command Name and UIC. A multi-user site license entitles you to install and use this software on any number of computers related to the security functions of your command and UIC. The software installation may include a combination of stand-alone and networked workstations.

STARS licensees are entitled to unlimited technical support provided by ZOA Consulting as well as free maintenance and upgrades to future versions of these products during the license period. Other consulting services, such as data conversion from legacy systems, are available on a project or hourly fee basis. Please contact our offices for more information.

STARS has been tested successfully on all versions of Windows and Microsoft networks.

STARS can be purchased by Government credit card or by standard open purchase order. Payment terms for purchase orders is Net 30.
