100 commands have switched
January 29, 1999 -- In May of 1998, ZOA Consulting released STARS for Windows, a major new revision of its flagship product. This new version of STARS is compliant with the NIBRS Incident Reporting requirements. It also represents a major improvement in technology in that it is a completely Windows-based application.During the past 8 months, 100 US Navy commands have made the transition from STARS for DOS to STARS for Windows. You can see a list of the commands that are currently using either version of STARS by viewing our current user list.
