How to purchase a site license

CNO licensed STARS for use throughout the entire Navy during FY03 and FY04. Unfortunately, due to budget changes in Washington DC, individual commands are once again required to pay their own STARS licenses as they have in the past.

If your command would like to license STARS, order forms are available below. To print an order form for STARS, click on the pricing that corresponds to your command. The basic price for the annual multi-user site-license is $895. Discounted pricing is available for ships.

STARS is sold on an open purchase basis. We accept payment by US government credit card. You may place your order by phone or email.
