October 22, 1999 -- ZOA Consulting has been working closely with Naval Station San Diego to implement the regional use of STARS for Windows.As part of the implementation of this program, James Craig, Database Administrator Navy Region Southwest, has created a 48-page guidebook to be used by patrolmen who are learning how to use STARS for Windows to create Incident Reports. This document is available to everyone for download as a Word 97 file.
