STARS status report and discussion
November 2, 1999 -- For the 5th consecutive year, Dr. Stifler was invited to attend and speak about STARS at the CINPACFLT Force Protection Conference held in Hawaii. To an audience of approximately 150 senior security officers, he gave a demonstration and presentation of STARS for Windows.
